Their assistance in supplying a replacement part for my grandson's EGR canopy was amazing. Their knowledge enabled a fast and accurate identification of the correct part (a rear canopy door) and the order and delivery were easily arranged over the phone. I was looking for buying a BedRug. I saw it in a website in the USA. Finally I found a place here in Sydney that sells this product. The price is reasonable compared to other over rated/priced products. The guys were really helpful and provided me all answers to my questions. They also give me some hits about the installation. I am very happy with the product. I installed it on my vehicle and it is impressive. The only downside is the access to the shop being in a main road and near a traffic light and maybe some lack of advertising on the internet. Still deserves the 5 star for the service and the product.
