contacted re: wrong remote sent for Dados portable air con. units only 31/2 years old. need replacement remote for units to work. 2 months past, had forgotten and then advised they dont deal with this Dados items anymore. given another contact for replacement remote however this contact doesnt reply to ms. or emails. extremely disgusting customer service by Atlantic and their replacement contact.

The argo dados 40 is fantastic.. Cool as cool can be in summer and great in winter. We will be purchasing a second unit for our upstairs rooms.. Don't give it a second thought if your are in tne the market for an a/c or heater.. Very powerful.
