If you are with or an adult, the customer service is pretty good. However, the communication is not up to standards. If you are a kid or teen wanting to take a look, GOOD LUCK, you will not be allowed to sit or examen the car further then what is provided.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Aston Martin Sydney. Richard Quan the Sales Consultant and Brand Manager was amazingly efficient and helpful. Every issue was dealt with and excellent solutions obtained. Richard made the whole process streamlined and presentation exciting as well on the delivery of the vehicle. Dipra Battacharjee (Finance advisor) was knowledgeable and very helpful and supervised every step of the way. Couldn’t fault it. I thoroughly recommend this team.

After walking up and down the showroom for 10 minutes looking for someone in a comletely empty dealership I went downstairs to the garage. Found 2 employees helping a single customer one of which couldnt even point me in the direction of a car I looked at a few days prior to show my family. They have a handful of cars on the floor yet he didnt know anything about the dealerships main stock on hand and simply said to go back and find someone. I play hide and seek with my kids for fun, not at a dealership looking for a car. Makes it hard for an already struggling brand in Aston to get cut-through with anyone under the age of 60.

Richard Quan's persona, attention to detail and patience provided an outstanding purchasing journey followed with attentive after sales service. The Trivett Bespoke facilities are also world class. Ben, from parts, just told me my business is not needed (this is after being told to call him back after 40 minutes and then having him tell me he isn't even sure if the part we were quoted on was correct.) Extremely unprofessional. Both the receptionist and the parts department either never answer the phone or they don't have "access" to the things their department offers. I also find it interesting that there is only a one star or five star review. High do not recommend. Especially if your after parts.
