As an example, during the challenges of running a business during the uncertainty of COVID-19 and where legislation and regulations were changing on a day to day basis; Adrian and his team kept us up to date. Even when there was a change in wages from the Government, Assurance HR notified us within 24hours of notification put out. If it weren't for Assurance HR, our business would not have been compliant. Assurance HR also assisted in setting up our retail store to be COVID-19 compliant with signage, appropriate sanitary/hygiene needs, checked that the products were were using in cleaning met the standards as required. Again, I can't stress this enough; in business today it is about reducing your headaches not creating more for yourself or your business. Let Assurance HR do their job, so you can get on with yours! Terrible services. You spend hours preparing the application and after applying, you wait for their response. After some time, when you call back to check the status of the application, they don't answer properly. I tried twice, still no one got back to me. This is completely disrespectful, considering someone allocate time in their busy schedule to apply for the job you advertised, but you don't cooperate at all. Seems scam, don't apply if you see any advertisement.
