I am a fellow Mercantile Agent that accepted an assignment from Associated Process Servers on the 16 July 2020 and completed the job on the 18 July 2020. Despite numerous emails, text messages and phone calls my invoice remains unpaid. I find this very distressing and if the amount owed was worth chasing through the courts I would. This company and Doug O'Connor gives our industry a bad name. I have been a licensed Commercial and Private Inquiry Agent for over 50 years and find this type of behavior not acceptable. Avoid this company. They do not answer the phone. They do not respond to emails. When you get through they say their system is down and will get back to you but they never do. I now have no choice but to use another processor to do the job. They have wasted my time.
Fast, professional and without drama. Peace of mind for an astoundingly reasonable price tag. I simply cannot understand the two reviews below - their comments could not be more opposite to the excellent service i was given from this team. Communication excellent, served my divorce papers without issues and made sure I sent the right papers (at first i didn't). They even invoiced after the fact, which no-one does these days, and the invoice was cheaper than the quote. Such an amazing experience that I took the time to write this unsolicited review. Highly recommended!
Incredibly prompt delivery of papers that i provided last minute, great communication including over the weekend on a Sunday! Absolutely would use again, highly recommend!
Do not use this company ! They did not complete the service of papers within the time needed. I made several attempts to contact them when the court date was fast approaching with no luck, then they sent me an affidavit of attempted service which arrived after the court date.
Complete unprofessional imbecile who does not respond to emails or phone (especially when it's time to pay invoices)...I'll be sure to pop in when next up that way. One star is one too many! I cannot believe the one positive review below and suspect she's either a relative or employee...read the reviews, steer clear and seek out a professional
Avoid this company. They are impossible to get on the phone, never respond to emails, and in the month they had my court papers didn't serve them. Now I have 2 days to get the papers out and I have to now pay another processor to do the job with an emergency fee attached so they've not only wasted my time, but also my money.
