I just visited the store today for getting some groceries. The store was very neatly organized and the staff was very friendly. They showed me the location of certain products in the store which I was unaware about. The variety of frozen foods and vegetables was excellent. I would highly recommend Indian people in Brisbane to go to the store and check it out.

My go to grocery shop, great membership program for loyal shoppers, eggless cakes, fresh jalebi, indian village yoghurt with cream on top, freshest indian vegetables and the most friendliest service to boot. They are an incredible team at swades Aspley. I always leave smiling. Great staff.
Usually great. However, today just got some terrible attitude. We bought a chocolate, by the time we got to the car it had popped open from the packet. This was probably due to the person packing the products and may have smashed the chocolate while packing other products. We politely asked the staff if it’s okay to replace the chocolate. The staff came across a little blunt and made it look like as if it was our fault. We know it’s only a small chocolate however the service matters. Very Poor service, feels horrible - only because we have been coming here since they opened. Guess not anymore. Plenty of other shops around.
The Staff are really friendly. Their staff seems to know the shop insode out and was really helpful. I was able to find everything that I was looking for. The feel of the shop took me back to India and made me miss home a little less.
This store is really good. Great customer service and good quality products. I recently bought something but was not sure if it was the right product. They took it back and refunded me the amount (the product was not opened though and was in the same packaging) but still they were easy going and helpful. Keep up the good, no great work :)
My regular Indian grocery shopping , but in the evening generally now they don’t able to handle customers as they operate only one counter despite seeing that long queue is waiting to be served the experience guy just watching and busy in doing other work rather than helping trainee guy. I feel back shop working is more important for them instead of giving convenience and serving to customers.
Usually really great, but today had some terrible attitude. Got to the car and one packet of a snack was busted open. It must have been when it was packed and went to the car. Brought it back to the person but was told, no we can't replace it because they can't sell it again. Very rude attitude. At least say sorry or something. Service is important.
I loved the hot & spicy food. It was delicious . Please go and visit there !!!
