Weber is quality that comes at a cost but well worth it. Staff were hit and miss. The young bloke on duty seemed to be chasing wealthy boomers around the store and ignored me more than once. The lady on duty addresses me when she became free, 10 minutes later I was walking out with a new bbq. Was quietly satisfying watching said young bloke load my purchase for me!

This number is incorrect! Sends you to a store otherside of Brissy at Jindalee. Mongerals there have their speech downpat... nothing but confusion. Dont phone, go into aSPLEY store to avoid having to make a trip across town.

Disappointing online & phone experience. Sent a message through their contact page but didn't receive a response other than the automated reply advising that the Outdoor Loving (sic) team would be in touch. Rang one store and while I did get the information I felt that they couldn't be less interested in the possible problems with their website. I bought the item elsewhere.
