The most frustrating experience dealing with this company. The most unprofessional, unreliable and arrogant person to deal with and that was the business owner! Turned up to our house 3 weeks later than agreed only to tell us he wouldn't honor the quote given as there was more work than previously thought - even though he came out to quote the job in the first place. When we explained how the fall of the land works and where we wanted the run-off, we were told that "you'll get what you get", among other things. This bloke couldn't care less about customer service and is never welcome on our property again. Do yourselves a favor and take your business elsewhere.....we have definitely taken our 20k elsewhere!
