Reached out to Romaine @ Jet Travel & Cruise to organise a cruise for a group of 8 first time cruises. It was evident from the initial chat that she is was well versed on the subject having being on many cruises herself. She convinced us to choose Ovation of the Seas on a South Pacific itinerary which proved to be dead accurate. Even though we haven't been on any other ships, it's hard to think how another could be better. Shivone was also brilliant with organizing all necessities for the travel and was always prompt on her responses to all our queries. We will surly book with them again and highly recommended to anyone.
