I have, unfortunately, had to call ASI Locksmiths to allow me into my flat twice. On each occasion - the first with Sean, and the second with Alan - I was very impressed with the service provided. Both locksmiths were extremely professional, prompt, friendly and understanding. They were dispatched swiftly, and each Locksmith spoke very highly of their employer. I cannot recommend ASI Locksmiths highly enough.

ASI was great with my car ignition barrel problem! Jason from ASI, who came out and fixed my car was extremely helpful and informative with the process. I had initially hired a mechanic to solve my problem although didn't receive a solution. Jason came out and within a couple of hours knew what was wrong, explained what happened and fixed my problem with ease! If you have a key/ignition problem, don't waste your time with any mechanic, I would definitely recommend getting the specialists at ASI so you don't waste any time or money. I would also like to personally thank Jason again, for coming out and fixing a problem that arose after a battery problem. He came out, free of charge, and worked with my schedule to fix some issues that occurred after fixing my ignition barrel. I definitely recommend these guys! Thank you ASI and thank you Jason for your top notch work!!!
I wanted a new deadbolt compatible with the August Smartlock. I was contacted by Alan who went if the list of (American) locks and worded out an Australian alternative. They were the only company that showed any level of effort to meet my need. The technician who arrived to install the lock, Ian, was professional and polite.
I saved about 300 going to these guys for a new car remote entry device. The staff were knowledgeable and professional and did a great job. I can't recommend them more highly.

ASI Locksmiths had been helpful to me once before in the past & when we needed a deadlock installed & locks re-keyed I remembered my previous good experience with them. The locksmiths turned up on time & catered to our needs/request. They were very quick at getting the job done & the quality of the workmanship is outstanding. The work also cost less than what we thought it might, which was a nice bonus. We would recommend ASI Locksmiths to anybody wanting prompt, efficient, high quality & value for money work done. We will definitely use them again.
