Terrible customer service! Especially the older female staff member which I witnessed shouting at a lady for using a tester that had been left out, if the chemist left the testers out and then about at them for using what is there how can the customer be expected to know? I felt so bad for the poor dear who was there with a young child that was watching

My husband is an asthmatic who is under Dr care for many years and visited his Dr over the last couple of weeks to obtain advice as to how he can best help himself during this current crisis. We have always made sure we have 1 spare ventalin at all times certainly not stock piling. However, we have both pipped into chemists over the last few days as we try to only go out once a day to get necessities if needed. We have not been able to purchase a ventalin spray due to shortage. This morning he went to Woolies at Ashmore Plaza and took his chance to try the chemist to purchase a spray. After the usual questions by the assistant, she then asked him if this is where you usually get your medication to which he replied no not usually. She then refused him to purchase a spray. My husband woke up a little unwell perhaps a touch of asthma so if he ends up in hospital be sure I will take this matter further. I have visited your chemist many times but be sure I will not be back. Disgusted effort by your employee today. e can best look
