Quality of their product is not good opposite what they telling to their customers. Bad luck for u if the lounge u bought stop making it then your stack bec they can't provide the the replacement.

Do not go near Ashley Furniture or Realyn Furniture. A broken nightstand arrived in mid October - I'm still awaiting for it to be replaced!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then I made the mistake of putting glass and plastic items on wood because I believed that's what you could do. Well all you have to do is put glass and plastic items on the Realyn furniture and the finish sticks to the item and pulls off. Ashley Furniture won't replace as they claim that it is a spill - well it wasn't, there was no water involved only their cheap finish. And all the pictures on the net of items being placed on Realyn Furniture shows items on the furniture without cloths. Currently running 2.8 rating..Mmm doesn't surprise me, after waiting nearly 4 months for a longer suite to have it damage. There communications skills or lack off we're the worst I've ever experienced. Shop elsewhere people.
Doesn’t even deserve a 1 star !!! First time purchased something for this store open the boxes and 70 % of the bedroom suite is damaged !!!for a couple of weeks now trying to resolve the situation and getting no we’re !! Customer care team is a joke they doesn’t even reply to your emails!!!
Very poor craftmanship. The table extension broke before we even have the chance to use it. There are chips on the chairs and the legs are uneven, it's not flat on the floor. Customer service for issues on the product can only be contacted by email, no direct number to call. They also don't respond and acknowledge the email complain.
I bought a desk. Piece broken. Ashley asked me to send information regarding piece to get a replacement to this date nothing. keep calling keep sending messages

Absolute Nightmare! It has been 2 weeks since we received PART of our DAMAGED lounge, still waiting on our chaise. (Most probably will be damaged also) Delivery driver arrived, living in a unit the sofa needed to go up an elevator. Driver hit the top of the elevator and a panel fell out, lucky my partner was home as driver didn’t know how to fix or even tried to fix. Sofa arrived, after unboxing and unwrapping that plastic, we noticed that it seems like the plastic has been burnt on the back of the sofa. Which has burnt the fabric, being a light coloured grey lounge it’s very noticeable. Called straight away, sent photos via email etc. and have now followed up 3 times! With emails and phone calls With no response, customer service very inexperienced and unhelpful!! Not telling me my options whether we would be compensated or replacement sofa. In Penrith store they seemed amazing and were very helpful and lovely. Thinking the quality etc would be great! Would never purchase from this place again purely because of the customer service!! You spend a decent amount of money to just get ignored and receive damaged goods. Very disappointing and unhappy..
