I bought a washing machine and fridge from Cheap World 2 months ago. It was such a nice and easy process. They helped me find the washing machine and fridge that I was happy with (Dont worry if the right one isn't there. They get in new stock every week!). Even better i was able to get a really good price for the pair! Free delivery and installation was a really good bonus too, they were able to get the fridge and washing machine delivered and installed at my place the next day. Delivery driver explains that the fridge cant be turn on for a few hours (Due to oils in the compressor moving around during delivery) but that's normal even for new fridges. He Installed the washing machine, checked it was level with my floor and ran a quick test before he left! I feel comfortable having the 1 year 50% store credit guarantee (which is extremely good for a second hand shop *Havent seen any other places that does this in Australia) Overall great service and experience! I highly recommend them!
Great service, got two appliances delivered the following day, the delivery man was very thorough and ensured everything was installed properly.
Low quality appliances. I bought a fridge and a washing machine slightly over 1 year ago for almost 700 and they are all seriously broken. The washing machine is leaking water everywhere. The fridge started making loud noises and then stopped working properly. All foods are spoiled even at the highest settings. Would not recommend this place.
They've sold me three washing machines, each one stopped working after 2 months, one flooded the entire flat in the end as it was leaky
I and my friend bought washing machine and fridge from the Cheap world 1month ago. We highly recommend this shop. Really friendly and kind to us and we use the washing machine and fridge really well. We do appreciate them and we are satisfied with them. Anyone who buy product from them will definitely be happy.
These people collecting faulty machines fixing a little bit and sell to the people, most of their machines are not last long and then there will be no help from these people. Bought a fridge and exactly after 3 months it broke down, when I contacted they said we are only giving 50% store credit during first month, after that nothing. Even their prices are not cheap for the used/old machines, I did a mistake to buy from cheap world and lost my money. My suggestion is to buy directly from the people who are selling their machines, they are lot cheaper and much better then these guys.
Bought a fridge and washing machine a year ago,very good price from chealpworld,still working perfectly till this day.And so i recommended to my friend a week ago he needed a fridge urgently he was very happy got a good bargain from the lovely lady even in the last minute to xmast they still delivered on time.great job cheap world! Will recommend to my other friends From another satisfied customer.
