Amazing warm and friendly customer service from that guy with the nose ring! WOW! His product knowledge is outstanding and he wasn 't taken back by any of my questions. Went here before a while ago on the weekend but had very bad experience as the shop attendant was quite rude and didn't really paid much attention to us. We were in the neighbourhood again just 2 weeks ago so we thought we might check the store once more and went after lunch on Friday. Kind and very polite worker, explained things well. He actually knew so many things about the products and we first thought he is the owner which he said he's not. Lots of variety to choose fun stuff. Thank you.

The staff member there is amazing and has a fantastic approach and sense of humour. As a nervous shopper, she really helped.

The person who served me and my partner was very helpful in helping us find what we wanted. There is a large variety of everything and the prices are cheap for the lubes as well. I'd highly recommend this store as both service and products were really good. I'll be coming back soon to get some other stuff :)
