I had not been in a games Workshop for 21yrs & Matt was so nice at Welcoming me back. The Poor guy trying to explain what had gone on since I had Left.
The staff are just absolutely stellar and genuine folks. They don't force upselling tactics and let you enjoy the products at your own pace. Always willing to help, always care about my orders and knowledgeable as all hell.
Always a pleasure to go in and experience what Warhammer has to offer. Especially when you get to chat to Matt about everything, he's a wealth of knowledge about literally anything and everything Warhammer, whether you're a newbie (like me) or want to chat about a specific event/army in the universe. It's awesome!

Small 1-person store, so the hours are a bit dodgy as the poor guy n there needs to close for his lunch break (not his fault!) but always friendly and enthusiastic to answer questions, help with advice, get what you need from the store stock or discuss the hobby.
I drive out of my way to go to this GW store, I have closer ones to home, but get no-where near the level of customer service and friendliness from them. The store manager is awesome. Keep it up guys!
