We have been regular customers at this pharmacy since it opened and generally found most staff friendly and helpful. Somewhat surprised that the head pharmacist declined to grant a credit for unopened Benefiber purchased on 21 December and returned on 29 December on the rather spurious claim that it was outside 7 days of purchase and further more there was doubt as to how the product was stored at our house ! Can’t quite see the difference between sitting on a shelf at the pharmacy or in a kitchen cupboard Should have purchased this product at Woolworths and a refund wouldn’t be an issue.

Great service today - Was asked instantly if I needed help with anything by a guy and girl at the front counter. They informed me I could order in something that wasn't in store if it was in stock elsewhere, which is very handy so I don't have to drive elsewhere. Also, all the aisles are labelled to find items easier. Would recommend this Priceline

I am always given great service here by all staff. Very friendly and always greet me as I walk in. The older pharmacist lady with blonde hair was exceptionally friendly and welcoming which really made my day and couldn't be more happy to help hold my things when I had my toddler in my arms. Small good deeds like this make me repeat customer.

Friendly service; amazing range of products. You can get a free health check at the station beside the pharmacist - blood pressure, weight, height, BMI, diabetes risk. Convenient parking available at carpark directly in front of store.
