ABSOLUTE WOEFUL. Rang a week ago and was sent an email, asking all kinds of information, promptly returned it within 24hrs, still waiting for a response. Rang back to see how my quote is going, only to be told that "Olivia is swapped"... i'm not interested, i want a quote, not excuses. If she is swamped how about someone else go thru her emails and follow-up its called a "courtesy call". Customer services is non-existent... funnily enough went and got a number from BCC from a register licence asbestos surveyor and he'll be here tomorrow morning, already provided me with a quote... that took approximately 40 minutes.
