Needed luxury tiles that wont blow my budget on my last renovation for my old apartment. Trish, Tyson and Michael helped me select the best tiles to suit my decor taste. Amazing value.
The shop attendant didn't have the time or interest to help me because he was too 'pre-occupied' arguing with another customer about some bad product he supplied. I waited but it went on for too long and I eventually left and thought he was rude so I took my business elsewhere.
Very disappointed and wasted my time visiting this store and their website is poor. You can get luxury tiles at other stores for a better price. The store is small so there's limited range of tiles on show. Save yourself the trouble and check elsewhere.
