BEST SERVICE EVER!! Simply sent a photo of a snake found at the front door and within moments Mitch was calling to let us know what it was and what to do. We aren't even located in his general area, but this was no problem, and he was extremely helpful. Highly recommend, and thank you for the identification.

Had a beautiful Carpet Python lose in our little back yard in Hope Island yesterday. Gave Mitch a call and he was around within 30 minutes as promised. Mitch’s knowledge and confidence was evident straight away as he calmly picked her up and explained some interesting facts about our temporary visitor before gently placing her in the bag. Obviously loves his job and reptiles, definitely highly recommend this awesome young man!

Mitch is undoubtably the best snake catcher on the Gold Coast. Where do I start? Firstly, he was here within 20 minutes of calling on a Sunday. We tried calling another snake catcher, however our calls remain unanswered 2 hours after the event. Secondly, Mitch was courteous and professional. He was knowledgeable and thorough. Mitch is well presented, neat and tidy and I felt safe with Mitch handling a very dangerous snake in our home. Thirdly, Mitch is a lovely guy with genuine skills. He was courageous and calm while catching the very dangerous Eastern Brown snake in our home. I am a business owner myself and Mitch provided service, certainty and an outcome that we strive to deliver. If you have a snake in your home and need reptile relocation call Mitch, he is the genuine real deal snake catcher. Thanks Mitch.

Mitch couldn't catch the snake that day so he promised to catch it when the snake came out again next day. He had only a short inspection and I paid 110. The next day the brown snake appeared in my backyard again and called him urgently but he didn't answer the phone. He made such a promise and said he had been away for a long time at the moment. My wife and kids had to be terrified because the snake had been wandering in our backyard for a long time. If he had come as promised he would have caught the snake.

I discovered a huge snake trying to break into my house at 11.30 at night. I freaked out as I didn't know if it was poisonous or not and my small child was sleeping in the next room. Mitch answered my rather panicked call within 3 rings and calmly identified it as a carpet python . Thank you!
