Absolutely appalling business to deal with! Ordered online, had to chase up order multiple times, was told lies and sob stories, lodged PayPal dispute and finally received order only to find the incorrect items sent and missing items. Had to escalate to PayPal resolution centre to get money back. Save yourself the time and headache and read the reviews before taking the chance of buying from Artworx Geelong!

This business took 3 months to ship my complete order. Items were listed as available online that were clearly not in stock. There was no communication about the delays - I had to call several times and was given misinformation about delivery dates, and my requests to be contacted were not followed up. The young staff were polite and as helpful as possible, but the business is clearly under-staffed and run poorly. I would never buy my art supplies from this business again.
The best customer service I have ever had in an art shop! Staff are warm, friendly and polite. Found everything I needed except one item which they promptly advised me which other art store I could find as I needed it today. All I will say is the service from this store to that one was like comparing generic wrapped cheese slices to camembert. Cheers will be back.
I love ordering my art supplies from Artworx Art Supplies. They may be based in Geelong, but I get my orders sent to me wherever I happen to be holidaying. The customer service is excellent and how the products are described is so helpful when it comes to making a choice. The best selection of art equipment for the aspirational artist through to the seasoned professional.
Placed an order for delivery to metro Victoria and received confirmation on 24/10/20. After contacting them via email 7 times (received 3 replies) and phone 1 time (rude customer service on the phone), I received the item on 19/01/21 (almost 3 months after placing the order). Not worth the frustration. Go somewhere else.
Near weekly visitor and buyer. Great customer service, Nicole and Dylan address you by name, great selection of the products I'm interested in, easy to find a park, in and out with no hassle. The icing on the cake is the very generous 20% VIP customer loyalty discount. Fantastic.
I paid artworx order, took them 3 weeks to not ship the order. But at least I got my refund, after being told I couldn't get a refund. The online webstore sucks. I'm sure the instore is better. Don't bother ordering online though.
