I count myself very lucky to have such a professional service so close by! For over a decade, Terraze and her team have been printing and framing my photos with care and attention. They will always spend time to match my needs with the extensive range of products, and I've never been disappointed. When I have a print that I've taken time to perfect, I want it to be printed on quality paper, using the best inks and then showcased with the best frame I can afford! Thanks for making that happen every time!

Wonderful service. I was a picky customer as I couldn’t make up my mind about what I wanted. The ladies had endless patience and in the end hand stained some frames for me to obtain the best fit for my house/furniture. Highly recommended and I will use their services again. Thank you Terraze!!

An extremely unpleasant and altogether disappointing experience. What should have been an exciting and happy occasion, celebrating our 20th Wedding Anniversary with long awaited wedding photo enlargements and framing, was completely ruined by the appalling customer service we received from the manager herself. We took our very important and cherished wedding photo negatives to this establishment, following a promise that the service would be a tailored and professional reproduction and framing service. However, what we got was multiple errors/misprints: 2 out of our 3 wedding enlargements were printed in reverse image/mirrored, and there was also visible black dust and a small fibre/hair under the glass of one of the enlargements. We were inconvenienced by having to return 4 times to have the enlargements rectified and re-framed until they were finally correct/acceptable. While we understand that mistakes do happen, through all of this disappointment, we did not receive any apology whatsoever from the manager, for the repeated disappointment and inconvenience caused to us. A simple sincere apology would have gone a long way to lessen the disappointment! However, the manager was instead rude and defensive every time an error was found and raised (we would not be surprised in the least, if more rudeness and excuses come to the fore following this review!). Even when the poor outcomes were voiced by us at conclusion of the multiple visits to have this resolved, the manager Terraze, was again defensive and rudely admitted to us as we turned to leave, that she did NOT want to apologise to us and would not apologise to us for the lack of attention to detail resulting in the multiple errors they made or for the repeated inconvenience and disappointment caused to us, as a result! AVOID if you appreciate good customer service, being made to feel welcome and treated like a valued customer, and if you want a professional printing and framing job done right first time.

The owner did not listen to our requests on how we wanted our painting framed. Instead she kept saying what she think was best not what we wanted, this resulted in the end product being not what we requested. When we took it back to tell her about it she was rude and had an attitude about it and said that it wasn't what we agreed upon. Even though we did agreed upon it she would not admit she was wrong. We could have just as well bought a cheaper frame from ikea and put it in there and saved both time and money. If it was an option I would give back the frame and get a full refund. Overall im very disappointed in the lack of professionalism shown and at the outcome. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Every time I have been to Terraze, her sense of art décor has been fantastic. She has created some plain and simple pieces of work into a complete stunners! Her service has been impeccable and she even offered to visit my home to ensure that she has a first hand vision of what I was trying to create.
