Leaving bad reviews is not something that I certainly do either often or lightly, but the involved experience has left a bitter taste and my wife and I work too hard for our money to simply accept on the chin our experience with the involved framer. While I will let the attached photos do most of the explaining, in summary the initial framing undertaken was of such poor quality that I ended up myself having to completely redo it (which until then I had never attempted). Happy too also send through pictures of the new frame as it sits today as a direct comparison. I think probably the biggest disappointment in all this (apart from the wasted money) is that the experience in having to look at the painting contorted in such a manner over the entire festive season break in front of our family and guests robbed our initial joy of the piece that we were so excited about.

I honestly couldn’t be more pleased with my painting and how it was framed! My painting was rolled up for at least 4 years and starting to fray but yet Julie managed to turn it into a gorgeous canvas and at a great price. I am so very happy with the outcome and so is everyone that has seen it so far. The artwork you can purchase/order from the shop is just amazing. I can’t wait to head back to purchase some for myself!
