We had our entire property fitted out by products from the Artisan stone range. 9 Years down the track and the quality and finish is as good as the day it was installed. There was a great selection to choose from 9 years ago and it grows and broadens year on year Craig and his staff are incredible in their customer service and follow through to delivery. We bought 77m2 of gorgeous porcelain pavers from Artisan Stone but for various reasons beyond our control, were unable to take delivery of them for over a year. Jesse, and later Nick, at Artisan Stone kept in constant touch with us and ensured we received the pavers at the same price we agreed upon in spite of the delays, something we appreciated greatly. They did not charge us for storage either, something other paving stores would have done. Nick was also very helpful in ensuring we received a partial refund on pavers we didn't end up using, and Jesse gave us prompt after sales service months later. We couldn't have been happier with the quality of the product and the quality of the service
From the moment I entered the Showroom, I was warmly welcomed by Jesse, who introduced himself rather than the usual line "...Can I help you?..." It was like I was entering a five star Restaurant, except Stones and Tiles were on the menu. The show room is beautiful and My Experience in selecting and ordering their products was first class. and Jesse was very efficient and polite. After my orders were placed, Jesse communicated be phone and email in a very polite manner.
