It was so good to have a rep from the company actually turn up at the agreed time to have a look at the job, and to be able to come up with a solution to the problem that I needed to have fixed. Craig was prepared to spend the time to discuss various options and together we were able to choose the best possible solution. When his team of workers arrived to start the job, they were organised and were prepared to tackle the job in a positive manner. The job included removing pavers, and then making the area waterproof by laying membrane and cement, with tiles expertly layed on top. The completed job looked superb, thanks to the knowledge and acquired expertise of Craig.
