We ordered tiles for a bathroom renovation. Our experience was fabulous and we couldn't have been happier with the service and our products. We knew the style we wanted but had no idea what to buy. Product is good, but not the service, it's the worst I have ever experienced. it's so strange that it seems like they do not want you to use their products and want you to only appreciate it, I can't understand their company culture, or maybe it's only the Richmond store's culture. I will never never never recommend this product to my client anymore.

I feel very disappointed about the service of Richmond store. As a designer, I tried to order some samples for the client and builder, I tried to recommend the products to them. However, the sales told me that they cannot provide samples and they felt disappointed, because they don't believe we will choose their products. Oh my god, that's really the worst and the rudest thing I experienced. I will never choose or recommed the products from Artedomus to my clients, as they might be rejected. Please consider your coverage before you are going to visit this website!
