Really disappointing after sale service. We've tried to schedule a repair for months now. After they cancelled the first time and we had the problem again, they made an appointment for a day next week and nobody showed up, without any notification or follow up. When contacted again in a couple of days, they lied that they called and the driver came by and no one was home... We've been waiting at home all day for them. Instead of rescheduling asap, now we have to wait for another 7 days. I do NOT recommend using their services as obviously no one can do their job.

Have had amazing service from Sharron M. in Glen Dimplex Customer Care. She has gone above and beyond with super fast responses just to cover a warranty for a Euromaid freestanding oven/cooktop that wasn't even that expensive! Have never received such outstanding customer service with full transparency.
Super disappointed at after sales 'service'. We purchased a new Euromaid Washer, and it stopped working after 6 weeks. It took three weeks of constant calling to have a technician finally arrive, only to be told that it required a part to be ordered. There has been zero transparency or communication, and even when I call and speak to a rep (don't leave your number for a call back - it never happens), I have been told that the matter has been referred to a technician for review, with no assurance about process or timings. I am now almost a month without an operable washer, and am referring it to fair trade NSW.
Not sure how hard it is to get an AR number so I can return the incorrect parts that were sent to me. Sent authority form 7 days ago, call today and find out they are weeks behind in backlog.... how??? All i want is a number so I can return my parts. Terrible.
Had fantastic service from the call centre and the technician that replaced my cooktop on warranty.
Absolutely appalling after sales service. Paid and ordered a part in Feb 19, and still waiting in Oct 19. Would rate zero stars if I could.
Absolutely appalling after sales service. Service centre staff are rude and dismissive on the phone and incompetent at booking jobs properly or organising a follow up after I called back to say original repair wasn't carried out properly, only to be told "You should have called back after 2 days if you didn't hear from our repairers". Have n ow been waiting 5 weeks for my washing machine to be repaired so I can use it since first booking a service call. DO NOT BUY from HAPL or Euromaid!!!
