Charged my credit card a week after collection of the hire goods without explanation or prior notice. Only after I emailed them asking what the charge was in relation to did I get a response. Charge was in relation to delivery mix up. Would not have had a problem if I had been advised prior to simply taking money from my account. Very disappointing.

Fantastic service and great advice. Wouldn't use anyone else for our catering needs. We used Andre's Hire for glassware hire and we were thrilled with the service and the advice we received regarding quantities was spot on. A family-run business that knows their stuff and makes you feel valued as a customer.
Great items, well priced, convenient and can pick up straight from their door. Highly recommend for big events, weddings or parties. Thankyou Andre! They have a show room with most items on display too!

Don’t bother calling !! Called to make an enquiry & the woman I spoke to has an attitude problem, no customer service skills & should not be answering calls for potential customers. I asked a question & she responded with a sarcastic remark. I want to know more about the products & I get one word answers. I ended the call as I don’t want to be giving my money, let alone deal with rude sarcastic representatives. Word of advice, hire customer service reps who actually want to deal with customers. She sounded like she didn’t want to be there.
