Absolutely appalling service and quality. We put three canvases in for framing and were quoted a timeframe of 7-10 days. After 14 days I called to get an update and was told it would be another 1-2 days. After another four days I called again and finally spoke to someone who knew what was going on and the work was ready the following day. For some reason, the framer mounted our three identically sized canvases (18 x 20") on all different sized frames, and trimmed the edges of the canvas so we cannot even take it elsewhere to get them fixed. One of the pieces was also marked on the edges with yellow paint, which we didn't notice until we got them home. No explanation or apology was offered for the delay or the poor quality of the work despite charging well above what other local places charge. We chose Artworks because our pieces were limited edition and quite valuable and we expected much more professional work and service. We are totally disgusted and would urge anyone else to go elsewhere for framing.
