They are the worst shop ever. I left my frame to restore a broken glass. MORE THAN TWO MONTHS LATER no contact AT ALL to tell me if it was ready. I went to the store (after leaving voice messages and no return) and they told me they broke the frame. And They had the audacity to ask if I wanted my money back I don’t recommend this store at all. don’t go there! Just full of excuses, If you are so busy just hire more people and do your job

This was the worst experience ever! Never get work done here. I have put in an application for A Current Affair. Absolute rip off, job not finished after 5 months, once I threatened them with picking up stuff and demanding money back, they finished our 4 frames badly. Our paintings from Thailand were stretched unevenly so you see white canvas while the painted canvas is curled around frame, my husband and sons weg poster and 2018 grand final tickets were not given the separate cut outs which were already paid for, and the tickets were left sticky taped to the weg poster to which I’d offered a spare weg poster if there was difficulty removing. If these people don’t contact me after all my messages of complaint I’m taking it higher for compensation. It was over 700 for this framing (3 were stretched canvases over frames) appalling, hideous experience. We were so excited to get some art up in our house we’d bought and saved for. Massive disappointment that dragged on

After my wife took our picture in which was an original print, she was told that the new frame would take between 3-4 weeks. After 5 weeks we called and called and they continued to say it would be sometime soon. After 6 weeks we were told that the mouldings were wrong and they were getting redone. After 8 weeks my wife called and they apologised and said they would get it to us by the Friday. Friday had come and no product. I decided to go in myself on the Monday and found the store to be closed. I went in Tuesday and the staff said they would call me, I refused to leave and told them that we had waited long enough, they looked for the picture and found it after 10 minutes, they also saw that mouldings had come in, my guess they had been there for some time. She said she would have it to me but the afternoon. At 4:30pm I recieved a call dying it was ready, I went in and found that there was no certificate attached at the back of the art. The lady tried to say that it wasn’t on the paperwork that it was with them, until the owner had told her it was. She was quite rude and arrogant. They told me to leave the picture there and when they found it I would receive a call. Recieved a call at 6:30 telling me they had found the certificate, I told them it was late and would be there the following day. I went in the next day which was a Wednesday only to find it was closed, and we tried everyday that week to find it was closed. On the Monday my wife went in and they had it there. No apology, no compensation, and definitely no service. Overall it was the worst service I have ever had, with one of the staff members that were quite rude and arrogant, the owner was lovely and so was one of the other girls but the lady left in charge should learn to speak to people without the attitude. Would not recommend to anyone

Theses guys are pathetic. Said 3 to 4 weeks but so far been 10 weeks. No phone contact at all. I rang them they said it was ready only to go down there and its not. Would not recommend
