We recently purchased a brand new Subaru X V from Sutton’s Arncliffe and happy to say that the whole experience from beginning to end was excellent. Andy and Myrna are just the nicest people. I know that their job is to sell you a car but they did it without pressuring us. We never felt that we were being ripped off, were well advised by both of them and ended up very happy with the outcome. Best experience buying a car EVER!

Just picked up my brand new 2020 WRX and I couldn’t be happier. I just wanted to thank Ibby for all his help. From day 1 He was welcoming, polite, not pushy, caring and very patient with me. He really went above and beyond for me and was always there to answer any questions I had. I was shopping around for quite some time and had been to many different dealerships around Sydney and I’m glad I went with you guys. The process was simple, the service was fantastic and professional. Highly recommend.

Andy Ho was very thorough and knowledgeable.He goes above and beyond for his customers and tries to help us as much as possible. He is amazing and makes the process really smooth. What I appreciate the most is when he called me after I got the car; to make sure I don't have any further questions, if i got my insurance sorted and I can call him anytime. He also sent me a video how to operate the new features of XV and it was very very helpful to me (Andy knows I don't know anything about car).Thanks again Andy for the great help! :) My mom and I are very happy with the new car! Also, Thanks to Terry, Xeni and the rest of the team for looking after me and my mom to get through the process of getting a new car! AMAZING service!

Andy, my sales representative made me feel comfortable from the word go. He was friendly and most helpful in answering any of my questions, providing advice without being to pushy. Overall, providing a good experience throughout the entire sales process. The team there was also very pleasant and friendly. Would highly recommend anyone to visit Subaru Arncliffe.

My mate just bought my19 outback two days ago, Much appreciate Ms. Myrna and other staffs sorry I couldn’t remember all of your names. Really friendly and helpful, I would give 6 stars if I could! No waste times and no drama at all, had a really easy and nice conversations with Myrna before we bought the car, price is 100% good, all paper work done without any worry. Couldn’t be happier with our new Subaru Forester Sport! Absolutely love it and the whole experience with Sutton’s Arncliffe has been wonderful. We were lucky to work with Hamid, a knowledgeable and caring salesperson, who supported and guided us through the whole experience. Hamid was not pushy at all - something that would have definitely affected our buying experience (and that we had seen with some other dealerships previously) - but gave us all the information we needed and was patient and thorough in answering all our questions. We were absolutely stoked that our car arrived a month before scheduled and we know Hamid worked hard for that to happen.
