This body of work has involved small regional Councils in South Australia and Queensland, urban and peri-urban municipalities, and a State Capital City Council. Steve puts his success down to being able to work collaboratively with local communities, Elected Members and Council staff to produce, measure and deliver Strategic Plans that push the envelope of what is possible and at the same time capture in words, pictures and outcomes, the needs and aspirations of all involved. His strategic thinking and approach is inclusive, objective, aspirational, measurable and achievable, with some Council’s engaging Steve to continue to work with Council staff and Councillors to deliver the plans created. Steve also provides strategic and operational advice to Council CEO's and Executive teams across Australia and is highly regarded for his project funding advocacy and grant writing skills.
