Doctor never turned up. They may have had a good reason, and I hope they're okay. But I didn't get an apology for the inconvenience, and the administration staff didn't try to contact the doctor. Terrible professional conduct from everyone in the centre.

Just returned from an ambulance last night, have decided not to wait and share my horrible experience with Dr Rajith Hitihamu. Yesterday I was booked in for a mini surgery (lipoma removal on my back) . On my arrival dr asked me to take some clothing off and lay down on the bed, I was a bit nervous and asked if he is going to explain the procedure or mb I should know something before the procedure, he just continued with the preparation and said: " I will let you know how to look after the wound!" After struggling to find my lipoma, I have asked if he wants me to change the position so it will be more comfortable for him, and easier to see where it is, he just answered "I ruffly have an idea where it is!!!" Then told me it is going to be 2 cm cut.... and did an anesthesia . I was even more nervous after that...After a couple of minutes he started cutting me without even checking my numbness. Just quickly told me if I will feel pain he'll top up an anesthesia. I felt sharp pain ,so he did 2 nd injection. Then in 10-15 minutes of trying to pull it out( dr was a bit rough and never asked me about my stage anymore), he told me it's too deep, he can not get it. Then he was pulling harder and I mentioned that it's getting sore , and I can feel more now. He explained that anesthesia is not working as deep, so he tried one more time and then I felt more pain, then l felt sick and almost fainted, he changed my position with my legs up and I started shaking ,my head was in pain, I felt very dizzy. My blood pressure dropped so he said he can not stitch me up in this position and with my condition, so he said we can call an ambulance.

I had the implanon done by Dr Rajith Hitihamu and he made me feel comfortable. He explained everything to me and was very gentle. Best doctor i have seen in the last 8 years. My husband had a small growth on his back and Dr Rajith Hitihamu removed it today. My husband is very happy with the outcome. Stitches are also done so neatly. Highly recommended Dr Rajith Hitihamu.

Booked 10.30 appointment at 10.55 they say it should only be about 10 mins, but that's all they say ... unprofessional and rude. I'm sick and tired and I got here 10 mins early such a joke. If the dr is running late they should let you know before you get here so don't have to wait in a doom full of sick people.

The main concern is the long wait even after booking a specific time. 10 minutes delay is acceptable, but sometimes it has gone even beyond half an hour. They also do not have a system to intimate the customers if they are running late. When I went for my baby’s vaccination, it got half an hour delayed to see the nurse. The practice opens at 8 am and my appointment was at 9:10am. It was downtime due to holidays and there was no rush in the clinic. We reached 10 minutes early and checked in. 15 minutes after my appointment time, I checked with the receptionist if it was getting too late and she said that the nurse will see us soon. Had to wait for another 15 minutes and finally the nurse called. When I asked if there is any reason for the long wait, the nurse gave me a lecture that she cannot guarantee that she will see me on time and that she won’t see patients in rush. She also said as if it’s my duty to check whether they are running late if I do not want to wait. I found her as very rude and unprofessional.
