The team at Hali were fantastic and I can't thank them enough! I am a fastidious customer with a perfectionist's expectations. Rebecca and Fabian from Armadale were so patient with me and they were unfailingly helpful. They went above and beyond expectations for me. The boys that delivered my rug were also terrific and obliging and respectful. I am delighted with my beautiful rug and I cant recommend the team at Hali too highly.

I have been eyeing off Hali rugs for ages and finally bought two stunning rugs from the same series but for different rooms. The service from Fabian and the team was excellent to the point they let me take one home to check the room and bring it back if it didn't work. I am in love with the Hali rugs and cannot recommend them highly enough. Superb quality and texture and the colours are beautiful.
Stunning rugs! We had some ideas for our living space and Hali have been fabulous at indulging our ideas, but then also providing alternative options that might work with the space. We are thrilled with the end result and went with one of Fabian's suggestions. The quality of the rugs and the service is really what brings us back to Hali. I would highly recommend Hali Rugs. We were after a 8m hall runner which I thought would be impossible to find. Hali Rugs (Fabian) made the process so easy, there were lots of choices at various price points and Fabian was more than happy to answer all my questions. Great experience, will definitely shop at Hali Rugs again.
Very pleased for the 4th time! Hali rugs are excellent quality and the service is both friendly and professional. Bought my first rug from them in 2007 and just purchased another two. Highly recommended!
I can’t recommend Hali Rugs enough. I contacted them and within 24 hours I had my rug in my living room. Rebecca was extremely helpful, turnaround time on email was imminent and even happy to negotiate on the price. Fabian was also very helpful with styling and colour, all in all I was happy with both the service and the product. The range was extensive and plenty to select from!
