Florrie store is an absolutely magic place to bring your girls / boys if they're into florrie dolls. Dolls a bit on the expensive side, but great quality. Clothes and outfits range from 30 -55. 55 being for a set. The staff are friendly and even have a little cafe in store so you can have a bite to eat and a drink sitting amongst beautifully exquisite dolls.

My first thought on walking inside was, 'Gosh, what a pretty store!' The airy layout and colour scheme are very appealing and the dolls... the dolls are glorious. I haven't seen play dolls here in Australia so beautiful and well made as these. The staff were so helpful and friendly, appearing knowledgeable and passionate about their product. That was refreshing when all too often customer service seems to be only about sell, sell sell! I enjoyed coffee and scones at a table outside, noting the clip-on chairs available for dolly companions and the utterly magical pastel mix and match china on which the treats were served. I've always felt that the things we give our children to play with are important and say a lot about us as a society. Toys should not be cheap, throwaways but should inspire wonder, creativity and the kind of joy that comes from holding and playing with something that feels, and is, well made. Florrie dolls fit that description.
Customer service (specifically after sales service) leaves a bit to be desired. But the products are beautiful!!
