Visited in person to get a recurve start up for our young daughter. We received personalised service from Nate who took the time to show her the features and benefits of the options. No hard sell on buying more expensive options, just practical and realistic suggestions. Looking forward to taking out to our local club and putting in the practice with the new gear.

They import defective counterfeit items from China to save a . The materials don't have the correct chemical formulation and become brittle and can't stand up to the demands of the original components. This is what happens after 5 arrows (Photo of component on bow). My original component lasted more the 2000 arrows (photo of component on wooden board), which makes me an expert using this rest, you don't think it's strange that more than 2000 arrows were shot with a slight crack forming from exposure to heat, cold and age, yet the sellers component breaks with 5 arrows and 'snaps'. Also seller claims timing in his reply but QAD products have a breakaway feature that prevent the arrow striking the component so this is evidence of the sellers BS just google QAD rest and check for yourself! Also the product was 8 and shipping a tiny little item by express is 3 more than standard letter deliver which was 12 I wouldn't buy from this merchant as I paid a higher price in the long term.

Went in looking for a basic adult beginners setup for myself and a kids setup for my step daughter. Joel was super friendly, helpful, and patient, and set me up with everything (plus a basic coaching session and tips on where to go to shoot) for a bit under the price I thought I'd be up for. Awesome service, just what I wanted. Will be back.

Fair but not great mail order. Well packaged and reasonable delivery time. Ordered made up arrows, shafts scored but not cut to length, points not fitted. Staff unsure of product specs (called me to query). So not particularly smooth and added some inconvenience at my end.

I and my husband are so DISSAPOINTED and very UPSET to their customer service!! We looked at second hand bowfishing kit on their website and I called last Tuesday afternoon for purchasing it. Then a lady who called Jess said "we can't take a deposit but we have not many customers are coming, so you should be fine to get it on Saturday." So we went to the shop on Saturday and they told me "Oh we sold it on Tuesday." So it means Jess told a lie to me on the phone. Even they weren't sorry or any other suggestions. The other guy laughed at me. It's really get my nose they don't do their job. I ain't go back to their shop. If I did same thing to a customer, I get warning or fired from my boss. I DO NOT recommend this shop.

I would like to say that I received extremely excellent help from the staff at archery supplies when I acquired my new recurve bow and accessories. Sadly before I left I forgot to pick up everything I had acquired but a phone call to them fixed the problem and they couriered it to me the next day for no obligation to me. I couldn't be more glad about the service I received. A very big thank you to all the staff.
