My daughter recently had work done here. Such a lovely owner she bent over backwards to help my daughter and even helped source a second hand part that was needed for the job! Took my wives car to red devil radiator on 19/11/20 to have air con leak located fixed and gassed. they removed, remade and refitted the high side air conditioning line and re gassed for 359.09 as says on invoice. This was more expensive then most but was hoping for quality work (leak fixed) with a warranty. After 2 weeks air con not working in car I assume cause leak not fixed. They say fault is high side air conditioner line the part they replaced/repaired. Which is what I paid 359.09 for 3 weeks earlier. I argued with them for 10 minutes over the phone saying I paid for the High side air condtion line fixed 3 weeks ago but I need to pay another 250 to fix there mistake. All I have is a quote to redo the exact same job I’ve already paid. They say a separate leak has occurred on the part they installed days after leaving their workshop and I need to pay again. Please see invoice and quote for exact same job to be done again 3 weeks later. If you pay to have an air con leak fixed then it leaks days later from the same part it should be covered under warranty. Everyone think long and hard about using the archerfield red devils. Look at my invoice and quote carefully from them. Do not use this company if you want any warranty. They do not guarantee/warranty their work, avoid like the plague.
Very helpful for the time of day and the actual day (friday). Even said they would stay back until we got there. Fantastic service

I spent thousands on fixing my air conditioning with this mob, with several repairs, weeks without air con and days without my car. However, I still give them 5 stars. Why?... A string of unfortunate faults caused my car to lose AC 3 times in 4 months. The team did all they could to help me: negotiating with National Warranty, discussing with my car dealer, letting me down gently with any bad news, avoiding the upsell on my general service, cleaning my car and explaining everything with patience and care. I hope the next visit is my next general service!
