Spent some time going through tyres for our car and paid deposit. Later on things changed and we decided we would wait a while longer and decided not to go ahead. I told them to keep the deposit for the time they spent helping us go through tyres, they still said come sort out the refund but I said no it's ok. They then said if we go back once we decide they will still take it off the price. This is great customer service, we will be going back soon once we make up our mind what we want. Very helpful people.

Got my Tyres from them. Happy with the Tyres, really good price, but had to go back twice for wheel balancing and its still not right. Will now need to take it to another place for it to get done once again. Also the guys scratched my rims. I did mention it to them, they said they will get back to me regarding that, but nothing...

came in on the 28/4/2020 super friendly, fast and easy to deal with ! went into the shed not knowing exactly what i wanted, they gave my partner and i afew options and prices, we decided on a set, way cheaper then other places we looked at, we did have a tiny hiccup one of the tyres wasnt the correct size as the others which we noticed the next day and brought the ute back, the boys at HL max tyres were very accomidating, apologetic (mistakes happen we are human) and corrected it quickly. awesome service guys, great product and even better prices. 5 stars
