Booked my vehicle in about 4 weeks ago to have my roof racks put on, we went through what would be best & locked in Thule racks, turn up there yesterday & they struggled to find my booking, I left my keys & then received a phone call what racks do you want, then they call me again & ask what colour do you want, if they were doing their job correctly they would have had all those details in their system as discussed & arranged on the day. I turn up to pay & pick up my vehicle & no taking me out to the vehicle to show me what they had done, overall pretty ordinary service!!

ARB Hobart have been doing all my vehicles for over 12 years now from FJ Cruisers to my new Landcruiser. ARB products are simply the best on the market and Andrew and the Team at ARB offer fantastic service. would highly recommend.
I am happy with the Summit bullbar and spotlights on my car, the reason I have given 2 stars is 2 side panels have been cut and there is no reason why, when a 50 Grand car gets cut you want to be contacted and advised why its being cut, the cuts aren't even straight. The panels no longer sit flush and they're not stable going through a water crossing will eventually break these off.
Friendly, reasonably priced and did a great neat job fitting a towbar. Even fixed a rattle from the exhaust either deliberately or by accident! Aside from forgetting to let me know when it was ready to pick up I can't fault the place. Will use again.
I had drawers, roof racks and awning installed. Great product but a little costly. Bit disappointed I was told no fitting charge for the awning but found out they did despite spending 5k on all the other stuff.
A very efficient service was received by ARB in Hobart. Very happy with product.
We had a towbar fitted, the completed job was clean, tidy and on time. Initial quotes via email were friendly and answered within an hour or so. I'd happily have another vehicle go to ARB for equipment fitting.
Am very impressed with how Kimberly handled our latest order, she has always been a pleasure to deal with. Once again the workshop staff has been very professional with how the work was completed.
