In my opinion, absolutely hopeless. Didn't understand what was needed to do the job. Didn't have the parts and didn't ring me to explain after dropping off my vehicle. Came back 2 hours later to find nothing had been done. Very disappointed after having booked in the work for several weeks, wouldn't go there again!

Very friendly, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to squeeze us in at the last minute as we were passing through. Mike was awesome and the team at the front were really helpful. Won't hesitate to come back next time we're in Alice.
Visited while travelling through Alice to deal with some suspension issues. Kyle was very interested and helpful, went above and beyond to address and rectify, definitely recommend
Purchased a air compressor from some one else that packed up after 3 uses. Purchased the new one from ARB and wow what a difference. Quality built in Australia. The guys were great in Alice. Attention to detail and excellent service.
A big shout out to the guys in the workshop who got my fridge up and running again. These guys listened to the issues I was having, tested everything, including my 12v system, diagnosed the issue and fixed it. Great result especially seeming the store in Melbourne where I bought it repeatedly telling me the fridge was fine and that it was my car. Cheers again guys.
ARB provided me with great service. Just installed wrong colour UHF antenna was only issue. Book ahead. They are very busy.
Was searching for water for our trip and they let us fill up outside. They also give us some solid advice for the road. They’re in shop prices were very well priced by the looks of things! A customer service.
Such great service here. The staff are friendly and sincere. I went in with my inquiry, I thought my request was small and quite annoying but they treated my enquiry with care and respect. I had a question about my lights and my bull bar. They handled my enquiry well. The shop is well presented with tents setup and bull bars on display. Over all it was a great experience
