This is at least the fourth time I've ordered something from Amazon, watched the package's tracking history all the way until Aramex get it and the tracking tool says it is "Out for delivery" and then watched it NOT ARRIVE for 4-5 more days. Does it just sit in your courier's van until they can be bothered to deliver it? Seriously, this is the WORST courier in Australia, and far beneath Amazon's standard of service. I don't know why Amazon continues to use them.

Worst experience of my life I am crying writing this review I paid extra to get this delivered 10 days ago the customer support lady is very very rude and she is the only person working there she promised to treat it very urgent on Thursday I called again on Monday she said bad luck when I know something I will msg you I sent my driver there to pick up the parcel they said it’s on it’s way to my address I called her again she said it hasn’t left the depo yet and when it does they will let me know but not sure when it will I am very very upset this gift is for a disabled boy that has his birthday today and I promised him his dream present PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE ANIMALS YOU WILL BE VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED
Miserable level of service. Alleged they tried to drop off my parcel. I was home all day. There was no card left. We have parcel drop-off lockers here for couriers. Impossible to get through to. 4 more days before they can arrange re-delivery.
Worst delivery experience ever. They say they tried to drop off my parcel. I was home all day but they never bother to ring. And they did it again after I had to re-arrange a delivery 5 days later. Impossibe to contact them. Really the worst.
Service is terrible. Booked pick up in the morning . Got confirmation from them that driver will pick up but never show up. Happened many occasions Will avoid them but have purchased too many coupons and paid upfront
Oh Boy! Just DON'T use these people for any of your parcel deliveries. You'll REGRET it. Guarantee. They won't deliver your item. Or would take more than one month to deliver. They don't Answer to calls, online chat, website enquires, emails, nothing. There are tens of other reliable couriers out there. I'd give "ZERO" star if google would've allowed.
Absolute amateurs! Tracking shows they 'unsuccessfully attempted delivery' and left a card but this is utter BS. I was home all day (because i was in lockdown) and no one turned up, I even checked my CCTV to make sure. Backyard operators.
omg worst of the worst! i am speechless. no customer service number to call. could only rely on a whatsapp chat. shut off communication immediately once you bring up a request. how am I gonna get my parcel?? Can't believe Amazon is actually engaging them for the delivery!
