Been a couple of times. Young guy has always been helpful & friendly. Better prices than most Brisbane stores.
If I could give zero stars I would, I ordered 2 honey gouramis and 10 rummy nose tetra which all turned up dead on arrival. After 3 weeks of messaging them about it they sent them out again only for the gourami to die the next day and all the Tetra have ick. Horrible customer service, I would never order from them again!
