Pretty disappointed with the service I received. Was told to wait a week before Andrew could look at it which was fair enough. I stated lots of info about the fact that it had to be water tested and it was agreed that I needed to pick it up after the next week that he had it. Was told it would be looked at in 'the next couple of days' and when I didnt hear from anyone I phoned the day I was supposed to pick it up and next to nothing had been done. They were given an invoice from a previous mechanic stating that a fuel treatment and injector cleaner was previously done and all that Andrew had done was pour half a bottle of injector cleaner in the water seperator... initially he wanted to charge me for it but after reminding him that the other mechanic had already tried a more thorough injector treatment he agreed to not charge me anything.. I had two weeks wasted and I dont have anytime left before I am leaving the east coast with my boat to get anyone to look at it. They knew this and still accepted the job and then couldnt do it in time... feeling pretty stuffed around. The boat is still playing up too...
