The staff at aqua bird Warwick are very helpful and knowledgeable - I've had my conure (south American parrot) for a year and a few months, learning on the go, they've given me plenty of helpful advice on knowing what's normal for her and have a great range of birdie supplies. When I recently went on a family holiday for a week, they looked after her very well in their bird enclosure, sending me photos & videos throughout the week, which was nice and comforting while I missed her. Highly recommend them for your pets & pet supplies! They also provide a bird wing clip service(no charge), to help keep your feathered friends safe at home.

Up till recently thought they were great. But Sunday I purchased a lovebird from them only to find it dead on the bottom of the cage on Tuesday. Bird seemed fine and healthy when I bought her. Informed Aquabird of this in case other birds had taken ill. Only to be told "Sorry to hear that" but no offer to replace the bird which at 40 I would expect.
