Andrew was soooo helpful with a highly unusual size of tubing for my water filter. I was faced with having to pay 100 from the manufacturer. I have just come away with the exact piece of tubing I needed and I now don’t have to go back to the manufacturer! Ordered a replacement cartridge online at 10am and it was delivered and waiting for me when I got home. That's impressive. I thought would be a couple of days.. 5 stars Aquafresh.
