My experience with this store was very positive and I'd recommend it to others.
How disappointing to have rude arrogant staff that are unwilling to help customers who actually want to buy your products. I found this store and found some cufflinks that I would like to purchase for my fiance for Christmas. The Shopkeeper was very nice and said he would order the ones I wanted in and call me when they arrive. I called up 2 weeks later to find out when they would arrive because I do not live close by and want to organise a time to go into the city. Another shopkeeper answered and was completely rude and arrogant. He told me they had been ordered but sold already and if i didn't have a deposit they won't order them for me. It would have been nice if they told me that when I was in the store 2 weeks ago. The man told me to just come in a few times over the next few days and see if they are here. But I told him that I do not live close, his response was "oh well." I told him how disappointed I was and if anyone going to call me at all? He said "ok thank you goodbye" and hung up on me.
