BE CAREFULL!!!! unprofessional electrician: William installed my split system & promised he would provide me with warranty & certificate. 5 months later still nothing received. William ignores my phone calls, emails and text messages. He was quick to grab payment but won't provide required documentation - obviously he has something to hide. Be careful & don't pay him until you have got him to complete everything. It is a very rude & unprofessional behaviour and I will be taking it to ACCC. Suggest you find another electrician that is actually responsible for his work and holds to his word.
