I thought I needed a new element for a Miele stove. The young guy that served me tested my old one as fine, then suggested the switch was buggered. He gave me what he thought was the right spare switch and told me exactly how to return it if it was the wrong one. It was the right one and my stove top now works for the princely sum of 45. Well done that man.
