I contacted Mark from Apple Pools regarding a consistent leak in my 6 year old inground fibreglass pool after receiving no satisfaction from the supplier/installer of the said pool. Mark was very helpful with advice for me to fault find the leak. He sent a leak detection expert, Baehr (Bear) who performed extensive testing with the latest ultrasonic equipment, found the leak and repaired a cracked light housing. I found Bear to be very professional, knowledgeable and was on time and determined to find the cause of the leak. I highly recommend Mark from Apple Pools for his professionalism, reliability, honesty and reasonable pricing.

I would highly recommend the team at Apple Pools for pool renovations. We recently had our pool resurfaced with EcoFinish and have been extremely pleased with the results. The pool looks fantastic, like a new pool. Mark was great to deal with and Paul did a great job with the renovation. Paul provided great suggestions to improve equipment layout which have made a huge improvement, and his work on the pool was high quality. Overall, we couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Great experience and would highly recommend. From the start Mark was informative and budget conscious (our budget). He provided great options and was very timely on answering all of my questions. I did have a few of them :-) On delivering ... Baehr was terrific and kept us up to speed with everything that was going on and considering our pool was green for over 5 years it looks amazing now and all of the bells and whistles work a treat!!! Just need the sun to come out now.

I have recently had our pool renovated and resurfaced with Ecofinish by Apple Pools. From the initial contact with Mark to the application of the finish by Paul our experience has been easy and problem free. We were impressed with the care and attention to detail exhibited by Paul with his repairs and application of the new surface. The final result is what we had imagined and hoped for.
