We had a ripper of a time! One of the best moments on our 2 week stay in Lorne! Found ABFC really easily on Google and booked it straight away. Daniel, the owner and skipper of the tour, makes you feel completely at ease and is sooooo friendly! He’s also very knowledgeable about the whole tour, area and more! A local through and through, he knows his stuff and has prepared an awesome journey out to sea! We were blessed as we saw the seal colony on the rocks, managed to see 4 dolphins in various stages, the sunset, the waterfalls location and much more. But, the cherry on the cake was the boat ride: IT IS AWESOME! Although it was at 15 Knots, it felt like a lot more but Daniel knows the waters and the whole journey was unforgettable. Gutted we have to leave and don’t have time to do any other excursions with Daniel and ABFC’s. Such a nice, friendly bloke and makes you fell right at home. I’m a fellow businessman in Melbourne and know the perils of running a business and keeping things moving, even in COVID times. He’s done a brilliant job and I fully recommend Apollo Bay Fishing Charters and and Tours. Well done Danny!

We had an awesome time on the sunset tour last night with Apollo Bay fishing charters! Dan was friendly and shared lots of interesting info with us along the way. The boat is fantastic and had plenty of space inside and out to chill out and enjoy the view. We loved the stop at the seal colony and were amazed with how many seals are out there. Sunset was beautiful and special to see from out on the water. Take your camera, some friends & family and some nibbles & drinks and have an awesome time!
We had the best time with Dan on a 6 hour charter! He made the trip so memorable and was truly one of the nicest guys ever! We were even lucky enough to drive along side a few dolphins on our way back! I honestly have never written a review in my life, but this is worth it! Support this business- you’ll have an amazing time, catch amazing fish and make unforgettable memories!
What a Fantastic fishing experience! Had a awesome and fun morning! Dan the captain took us to all the great spots and we luckily got plenty of fish. The Boat, rods and bait were all prepared perfectly. He even took us to see the seals and dolphins afterwards. Probably the best charter I've been on. Thanks Dan, will definitely be back again!
Awesome experience! Dan does a great job in making sure you get to see the sights. Even though the weather was a bit bad, he still made it enjoyable.
Had a great day out. Plenty of fishing action for 4 hours (plus 2 hours in transit).Took home 12 good size schnapper and nanagai between the 2 of us. Caught a whole lot more but they were reef fish and under sized. Highly recommend this charter.
