Poor customer service! First I received the wrong riser and no bow string. When I did receive the correct riser, they included the lowest quality bow string with a strand count not suitable for my bows draw weight, even though I asked them to ensure the string would be suitable for my bow. Apex hunting does not seem to care about their customers, regardless of how much money you spend with them. If you do purchase from them, I can only recommend doing so in person, otherwise they will send you whatever they like, and not what you order.

Had a bow tuning issue that was fixed by the guys. Great support as they had me send in images so they could be prepared for the work, did the work quickly and then had it ready for return the next day. Very happy with the service and products. Bare shafts, fletched and broadheads now shoot together. Six month update - 7 pigs and numerous rabbits down, new string added, quick tune and top 2 shots at 15m bottom 4 shots at 25m - Thanks to Adam. Seven month update - another 3 pigs down an grouping well to 45m... All 10 pigs were complete pass throughs - 500 grain total weight ...

I've wanted to try out more traditional archery (coming from compound) for a while, but didn't know where to start. The fellas at Apex has all of the answers to every question I could ask and more, and were able to recommend some really great stuff to get me started. The prices are really reasonable too. absolutely hopeless never in stock, never a offer the help out with the shipping ect when you have to wait for some items longer than others. if you can get your gear elsewhere DO IT.
